1 How to participate

1.6 You must opt-in via the prize draw entry button to be entered into the draw.

1.7 You may only submit one entry to this promotion. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

2 Start date

This promotion will start at 00:01 on 2nd April 2024

3 Closing Date

The closing date for this promotion will be 23:59 on the 31st May 2024. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

4 Selection of the winner

4.1 1 winner will be chosen at random

4.2 The winners of the prize draw will be randomly selected from all entries submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5 Prize

5.3 Each winner will only win one of the three prizes.

5.4 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses. Lyreco UK Ltd will not be held accountable for any delivery delays.  Lyreco UK Ltd will be sending the prize via first-class tracked delivery.  Lyreco UK Ltd will not be responsible for any damage during the delivery process or failure to receive the delivery of the parcel.  All responsibility lies with the delivery company for the delivery of the prize.

6 Restrictions and requirements

6.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: Lyreco UK & Ireland are running this competition exclusively for residents of the UK and Ireland only and entrants must be over the age of 18 years old to enter the competition.

6.2 No purchase is necessary                                            

6.3 Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

7 Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

7.1 The promoter will notify the winner email on or before 30th June 2024. If the selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).

7.2 The winner will receive their prize within 30 working days of the winner being announced.

8 Publicity and personal information

8.1 By entering this promotion, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in clause 8.2 below. 9.2 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
