We offer next-working-day delivery for orders submitted before 5:30pm for catalogue-stocked products. Our delivery success rate for next working day delivery is consistently 99.5%.

For larger customers, delivery points are identified during the implementation stage by a site visit to the Regional Distribution Centre Manager servicing that location and dedicated drivers are usually allocated for continuity.

Your item is picked, packed and using our hub and bespoke supply chain network, transported overnight to the relevant Regional Distribution Centre where it is processed and loaded onto the required delivery vehicle for next working day delivery.

Consolidation of delivery

We are always working to reduce our carbon footprint and we help to reduce our customers’ carbon footprint by consolidating their deliveries. Instead of delivering small packages frequently, we group items into a smaller number of bigger deliveries.

Our consolidated delivery service allows our customers to have all orders that are submitted during a set period delivered on a two/three-day, weekly or even monthly delivery basis, depending on the size of the orders.

This method better utilises the delivery vehicle and its internal load space thus reducing the number of deliveries to your sites, reducing vehicle trips, emissions, CO2 output and the impact on the environment.

Scheduled deliveries

Our scheduled delivery service can be set up for items that have a high and consistent consumption rate, for example, A4 paper. This service can be set up for regular delivery on a weekly or monthly basis and helps drive efficiencies for customers by reducing the time involved in ordering. 

The stock will normally be palletised, depending on the quantity. This option reduces the number of deliveries to your site for high-use products. All packaging and pallets will be removed. And because we recycle whenever possible, the environment benefits too.

 

Home deliveries

We continually review our products and services in response to the ongoing challenges that businesses face and, even after the pandemic, more and more employees will be working remotely.

Our home delivery service is tailored to meet the specific requirements of each individual business, with employees being able to place orders for themselves or on behalf of their team.

A full and extensive product range is available to order for home delivery to ensure a smooth transition for workforces operating externally to their workplace. A variety of homeworker starter packs are also available for those who need to set up a home office quickly.
