Head of Talent Acquisition

I joined Lyreco’s Talent Acquisition Team in June 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and I have since been promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition! I’m involved in the strategic planning for the Talent Acquisition team and execute authorised recruitment activities to ensure a quality supply of talent comes into the business.

I also work closely with our Small Medium Business function to help search for the best talent to join their growing team.

I have a real passion for recruitment, helping people transition into a new role and watching them progress in an organisation. I pride myself on building great long-term stakeholder and candidate relationships.

My life outside of work:

I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. I enjoy playing golf; I have recently started taking golf lessons so that I can play against my husband and stand a chance of beating him!

I joined Lyreco in March 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In my day-to-day role, I help source talented people to join our Supply Chain and Customer Care Teams. I have a strong background in the recruitment field, which I absolutely love because I thrive on being a part of a candidate’s journey – putting a smile on their faces makes me happy!

My life outside work.

I enjoy spending time with my family, going out for meals, and shopping!
