Lyreco Market Research Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1 Eligibility
1.1 The prize draw is open to individuals who are legal residents of the UK and Ireland and are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Lyreco or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
2 Entry Method
2.1 Entry into the prize draw is free and requires no purchase or payment.
2.2 Participants can enter the prize draw by completing the online entry form during the promotional period.
2.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
3 Promotional Period
3.1 The prize draw will begin on 8th June 2023 and end on 11th August 2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4 Prize
4.1 The prize for this draw is a Gocycle 4 Blue electric bicycle.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
4.3 The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to availability. In the event that the prize is unavailable, Lyreco reserves the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
5 Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
5.2 The draw will take place within 30 days after the end of the promotional period.
5.3 The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
6 Winner Verification
6.1 The potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including age and residency, to claim the prize.
6.2 The potential winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within a specified time period.
7 Publicity
7.1 By participating in the prize draw, participants consent to Lyreco’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8 Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected during the prize draw will be used and stored in accordance with Lyreco’s privacy policy. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
9 General Terms
9.1 Lyreco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
9.2 Lyreco accepts no responsibility for entries not received or delayed due to technical issues, network congestion, or any other reasons beyond its control.
9.3 By participating in the prize draw, participants release Lyreco and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with their participation in the prize draw or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10 Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK and Ireland.
By entering the prize draw, participants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
