What Is Community in Practice
Lyreco Goodness Community in Practice aims to bring together our suppliers and customers, no matter their size or industry, to create a community of users with one common goal – working towards becoming more sustainable.
The community will provide opportunities to:

- Come together and network quarterly, in person, or via virtual events.
- Discuss best practices on sustainability, via members of the community and via Lyreco.
- Support via community members and also informal support from Lyreco to develop and grow your sustainability strategy.
- Educational workshops from guest speakers.
The community is open for all customers and suppliers to get involved, no matter where you are on your sustainability journey. Our aim for this community is for our valued members to get the most they can out of it, and as a result, we are focusing the topics discussed and the webinars on the feedback we get from you on what you feel is important.

To support the running of the network and to help support our charity partners, non microbusiness/social enterprise/charity member organisations will pay a small fee which is tiered depending on organisation size
Membership options
30% of membership fees will go to our Charity Partners: Air Ambulance UK, Meals and More, The Hygiene Bank, Lingen Davies, and PIETA.
Basic membership is free and will provide opportunities to:
- Access webinars throughout the year from external specialists
- Attend two annual in person events a year for up two people from your organisation
- Support at your own events such as speaking at conferences or in team meetings around sustainability
- Review your strategy and receive guidance around sustainability and training from Lyreco and network members where applicable
Advanced membership has a fixed fee of £1000* with £300 going to our charity partners. This option has all of the basic benefits, plus:
- Help designing sustainability themed training, including organising external support from Lyreco suppliers who are aligned to the area
- Access to monthly lunchtime webinar trainings held by a Lyreco Sustainability -Team member on different sustainability topics
- Quarterly catchups
*Free for microbusinesses, Social Enterprises and Charities. £500 for public sector and exempt charities.
