Hello! I’m Greg Stewart, the Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Interiors Division in the London Mid-Market Team at Lyreco. I bring over three decades of experience in the office transformation and furniture interiors sector.
A Serendipitous Career Journey
My career path has been a unique and fortunate one. Originally trained as a teacher, I found myself, quite by accident, in the world of office transformation and interiors over 30 years ago. This accidental detour has led me on an incredible journey, working across various regions including the United States, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), and Australia. This extensive experience has provided me with a rich understanding of the industry from a global perspective.

With a career spanning 30 years in this sector, I am still as excited as ever by the ongoing changes in the market. My extensive experience makes me a specialist at Lyreco, where I continue to engage with and adapt to the evolving needs of the industry.
FUTURE OF THE INDUSTRY
The sector has undergone significant transformations, especially in the wake of the pandemic. Companies are reevaluating the use of their corporate assets, seeking more flexibility in their real estate capabilities. Agile working is becoming increasingly prevalent, a trend I foresee continuing in the foreseeable future.
life beyond work
Outside of work, I’m an avid golfer and cyclist, and I cherish the time spent with my family and friends. In the upcoming year, I plan to volunteer as a youth mentor, contributing to the community in a meaningful way.

An interesting tidbit about me – I attended the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal. And amusingly, I’ve been mistaken for Tiger Woods’ father!
